• Free Standard Delivery: Delivered safely within 2 to 4 business days. Completely Free on your order.
• Express Delivery: Priority dispatch and expedited transit for prompt gift deliveries across metro and major tier cities.

2. Pincode Serviceability

Our storefront serves customers nationwide across all states and union territories in India. You can enter your recipient's 6-digit delivery pincode at checkout to view real-time delivery estimates and available time slots.

3. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping

Standard courier delivery is completely FREE on all orders above ₹999. Orders under ₹999 incur nominal shipping charges. Specialized slots (like Midnight and Fixed-Time) carry a small service surcharge displayed clearly at checkout.

4. Surprise Deliveries & Packing Slips

To safeguard surprises, we offer a "Hide Invoice Price" option. The recipient receives a beautiful, unpriced gift packing slip with your personalized gift message, while your digital invoice is emailed only to the sender.

5. Delivery Attempts & Incorrect Addresses

Because perishable and made-to-order items cannot be restocked, please ensure recipient contact numbers and addresses are complete. Our courier partners make up to 2 delivery attempts before returning undeliverable parcels.

6. Return Serviceability & Conditions

For eligible damaged or incorrect items approved for replacement/return, reverse pickup serviceability is arranged through our national logistics network. In remote PIN codes where reverse pickup cannot be arranged by couriers, customers are reimbursed for self-shipping upon sharing courier receipt.
