3. Personalization & Content Guidelines

When submitting photographs, engraving messages, or custom names for made-to-order items:

• You confirm you hold the legal right or copyright to all uploaded media and text.
• Content that is defamatory, abusive, infringing, or unlawful is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate cancellation.
• Please ensure spelling, dates, and photo quality are accurate before submitting; personalized items enter production swiftly.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable goods and services taxes unless noted otherwise. We reserve the right to correct typographical pricing discrepancies prior to order fulfillment. Payment must be authorized in full before processing and dispatch.

5. Delivery & Serviceability

We deliver to serviceable postal codes across India. Preferred delivery slots (including Standard, Express, Fixed-Time, and Midnight Delivery) represent our delivery commitment, subject to recipient availability, accurate address landmarks, and unforeseen logistics conditions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Indian law, The Love Moments will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from product use or delayed delivery caused by force majeure events or incorrect recipient contact details.
